Mary Kidwell is a native Knoxvillian and has 14 years of experience as a Realtor in the area. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Human Ecology in 1985 and a B.S. in Education in 1992 from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is a former Elementary Teacher and Preschool Director. She enjoys people and has found being a Realtor is sometimes like being a teacher, gathering and presenting the information so that her clients can make informed decisions. Bill McGlohn, like many current Knoxvillian’s found his way to Knoxville TN via a job transfer. Bill and his wife Janet immediately fell in love with the Knoxville area and the people that they decided to remain in the area.
For the past 5 years Bill has watched and shadowed his wife Janet’s career as a Knoxville REALTOR® and after working for the same major corporation for 35 years Bill decided to retire from the corporate world to focus on a career as a full time Knoxville REALTOR®.
However, Bill is no stranger to the real estate world. In addition to being married to a REALTOR®, Bill was a Regional Sales Manager in the Retail Department who was in charge of forty two stores in four states.
One of his main responsibility was finding new commercial locations and negotiating and renewing leases. Being no stranger to dealing with and managing large transactions Bill’s past experience has awarded him with suburb organization skills, strong communication skills, and attention to details and logistics.
When asked what made Bill enter the field of Real Estate he replied “I have worked with my wife and team members for the last five years in the residential market and loved every minute of it.
